Al-Kafirun · The Disbelievers

قُلْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ ﴿١﴾

Say, "O disbelievers,

qul yāayyuhā l-kāfirūna

لَآ أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ ﴿٢﴾

I do not worship what you worship.

lā aʿbudu mā taʿbudūna

وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ ﴿٣﴾

Nor are you worshippers of what I worship.

walā antum ʿābidūna mā aʿbudu

وَلَآ أَنَا۠ عَابِدٌۭ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْ ﴿٤﴾

Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship.

walā anā ʿābidun mā ʿabadttum

وَلَآ أَنتُمْ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعْبُدُ ﴿٥﴾

Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship.

walā antum ʿābidūna mā aʿbudu

لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِىَ دِينِ ﴿٦﴾

For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."

lakum dīnukum waliya dīni
