Surah Al-Jathiyah, verse 1

تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ ﴿٢﴾

The revelation of the Book is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

إِنَّ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٣﴾

Indeed, within the heavens and earth are signs for the believers.
