نَذِيرًۭا لِّلْبَشَرِ
As a warning to humanity -
لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ
To whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind.
