Surah Al-Inshiqaq, verse 1

وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ ﴿٢﴾

And has listened [i.e., responded] to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]

وَإِذَا ٱلْأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ ﴿٣﴾
