فَذَكِّرْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُذَكِّرٌۭ

لَّسْتَ عَلَيْهِم بِمُصَيْطِرٍ
You are not over them a controller.
إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ
However, he who turns away and disbelieves
